Bali Spirit Detox

My name is Desak Putu Suliani, Amd.Kep. I am a general nurse.
I created Bali Spirit Detox in an attempt to help people who want to do a detox program in Ubud. Bali Spirit Detox is not a company but run by a single person who is experienced in detox programmes.
We are very flexible in time, place and budget . So the programme can suit every bodies needs.Detoxification is very popular now and many places do detox programmes.
SO WHAT EXACTLY DOES DETOX MEAN?.
Detox is two words” de and tox”. De meaning to clean,release and wash. Tox means toxin.Detoxification can come from chemical,pollution,medicines and food and drink.
1.Detoxification by Natural means.Usually the body can detox it’s self by urination,defecation,menstruation,perspiration and etc.
2.Medical detoxification with treatment by Colon Hydrotherapy and supplements (Pro biotic to put back good flora ).Untitled-1
The steps for detoxification are:
1.JUICES OR FASTING

The purpose of juices or fasting to help metabolism in our bodies, to release dead cells and reduce some hormones that are over active in our bodies. Fasting can help our immune system grow stronger and help relaxed us and improve skin conditions.When we fast our organs can relax  and increases blood circulation.
2.DIET.
Eating healthy and nutritious food.
3.SAUNA
Release toxin by perspiration
4.COLON HYDROTHERAPY/COLONIC.
Colonic cleanses hard stool in large intestine,release gas and toxins witch helps cells and nerve around the wall of the colon have better function. Although we do defecation everyday our bodies can’t release all the stool and toxin naturally. Especially people with digestive problems like constipation,ulcers and hemorrhoids.
5.YOGA AND MEDITATION.
This is a good way to help our bodies and minds relaxed.It can help our mind be more focus and help concentration.
